Research
Sophie Rickebusch is interested in various aspects of ecological modelling, such as population dynamics (PhD thesis on tree-line forest dynamics), species distribution and also land-use change. An ecologist by training, she has since then focussed her research on forests and landscape ecology. Sophie’s interest in modelling is supported by a background in statistics and an interest in programming and GIS.
